Terms and Conditions
If a dog attends a regular 6 week course and it becomes clear they have problems that are beyond the realm of the course, the owner will be advised to bring the dog to one of the more specialized classes (any outstanding fees will be offset against the new class fees). Refunds are only available if cancellation occurs 72 hours prior to start of first group class. 10% of class cost is not refundable. 48 hour cancellation notice must be given to cancel one on one behavior training at which time the client will be refunded 90% of session cost. All dogs must be up to date on shots.
